Part of one of the emails I received...

I think it might be nice if you had an edited page of people writing in with their experiences and questions. You might also illustrate them, as you do so well, with pictures. Do NOT be afraid of giving advice. You've lived an interesting life. That's NOTHING to be ashamed of. An interesting life is a gift to others.

As a TOP I've been startled by the number of young and old that come to me for any advice or guidance. It seems that many men know ABSOLUTELY nothing about their own bodies and they know even less about their feelings. Men are so psychologically conditioned to dismiss their own physical needs and feelings, many only discover them by accident. So even the smallest bit of information they get from another man can be a revelation.

In today's world, when it involves the human body, ANY information can be a godsend. The Internet has allowed men for the first time to mentor each other in a unique way, often anonymously. Men, especially gay men, lack any kind of genuine male guidance. They are raised on personas, or 'images' of men, and rarely find someone who can talk to them in a truly intimate way about the things that deeply concern them. I think someone like you can help them to find a way past the ignorance and shame. That's why I think your web site is so helpful.
