There is another kind of scene which I believe can also fulfill an important need for a bottom (as it did in the past for me). It is a very different experience for both TOP and bottom - harsh and very painful. The aim here is to break down the bottom's self-control. I call this Punishment - and I mean it in a real sense. This is about pain, not pleasure.
It is a cathartic experience. For the bottom it is terrifying, exhilarating, very sore and, afterwards, strangely calming. A successful session will have involved an uninhibited flow of emotion - usualy tears. As a TOP, to have a bottom submit to such a scene willingly and then to let go emotionally, is intensely intimate.
